Brand Naming
We believe Brand Naming is extremely important for any business. Strong brands should have unique and distinctive names. With Let’s go Fishing (our proprietary Naming tool), we realise the brand’s DNA, and bake them with its values and purpose - to arrive at meaningful brand names. The brand name therefore, always seems right. Furtherise is made up of two words Further + Rise, effortlessly communicating the ethos of the company — to grow and progress students’ career.
The Logo Design
The logo is simple, but very effective — akin to our design philosophy. Few letters are joined, few are purposefully tweaked, and letter “i” is converted to show thrust and power of the rocket that is taking off. A perfect representation of Further+Rise. The placement of rocket above the word mark, shows careful consideration and deliberate design choices. Without increasing the X height of the logo, we have communicated an effective narrative.
The Identity and Applications
The Brand Identity reflects the ambitions of Furtherise and differentiates itself from the other players in parity education sector. The identity — colour palette, graphics, and typography conveys progress and optimism, while also reflecting the enthusiasm of the brand. A down-to-earth visual tone-of-voice and consistent design language helps make the brand empowering for students.
A brand identity need not be showy or flashy. It need not have (unnecessary) shadows, bevels, highlights, or layers of graphical elements. Furtherise Identity is an embodiment of how we build brands.
