HVC Foods & Beverages partnered with us to build a new brand. A brand of beverages based on traditional Indian fruit juice flavours. We wanted to build their brand with a compelling proposition, and attractive identity design that allows the brand to diversify into other relevant product categories with growth potential.
Brand Naming
Flistaa — a name that has beautiful ring to it. It sounds fun and playful, in line with the Brand Personality. A deliberate spin on Latin & Sanskrit to create a name that is easy to remember and pronounce.
Flistaa is a name coined using two words: Flavour (Latin/English) + Istaa (Sanskrit, meaning to cherish & enjoy). So, this esoteric name actually translates to “Flavours to Cherish Life”.
In line with the Brand Essence, Flistaa is all about cherishing the small joys of life. It is a celebration of flavours and fleeting moments of life. Flistaa is here to make your life flavourful, and zesty. Never dull & boring.
Brand Identity Design:
Yellow Fishes developed a strong identity together with a visual & verbal system that positioned Flistaa among top-tiers in the fruit beverage industry. ‘Flavours to Cherish life’ then became the tagline for this new brand.
Flistaa flavours are inspired by the unique Indian street flavours that we find at neighbourhood juice shops. While the juice shops are omnipresent, they are not hygienic and not always convenient to get to. Flistaa bridges the gap between you & the flavours you love. Bringing you delightful juices and milkshakes that are tastier, healthier and way more hygienic. What’s more? They come in sachet format, that is highly convenient. You can tear open a Flistaa sachet and make yourself a delightful drink, anytime, anywhere.
The typography, colours and aesthetic is fun-filled, in sync with the Brand Personality.
Part of our branding work was to help the HVC team focus their product development efforts in clearly defining Masterbrand & product portfolio to help them evaluate new product development.
The Packaging Design is iconic & colourful, with a strong visual hierarchy, navigating viewer’s eye movement. We’ve placed emphasis on elements that needed to be highlighted. The Sides of Packaging also play an important role in narrating the brand story effectively.
Yellow Fishes successfully built Flistaa brand with a sharp strategy and created a comprehensive brand identity that allows the brand to express in meaningful ways. This meaningful branding allows Flistaa to move at full speed on their expansion plans, while maintaining a clean and modern look and feel!
After the brand launch, we continued to build Flistaa on the Digital Marketing front, with helping them with Search Engine Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Website UI Design, Amazon content design and Performance Marketing.
