IQ Homes, a new and unconventional Residential Property brand that is unlike any other Real Estate brand in the country. Low-Cost Housing Solutions are the need of the hour. Their first project – IQ Homes Karjat is a promising & compelling beginning.
We interacted with low-cost housing residents & the prospective customers to investigate what do they seek. What we discovered was a simple expectation of ‘a home that feels like home’. To further understand their expectations, we embarked on a 5-month journey involving Insights, Strategy and Identity Design.
Today’s home buyers are informed, having most of the information they need before setting foot into a sales office. To cater to these smart consumers, Yellow Fishes identified the Brand Core and aligned the Positioning of IQ Homes to focus on ‘community’ – a sense of belonging.
The Brand Identity is based on 3 main thoughts centred around ‘home will feel like home’:
1. Only when it feels great and is vaastu compliant.
2. Only when it is thoughtfully designed & architected.
3. Only when it thinks of community at large.
From these Insights, we built the brand designed to inspire and strengthen the residential communities.
The chosen colours - Mikado Yellow, Blue Turquoise and Honeysuckle represent the harmonious combination of the brand’s Promise, and Human Aspiration.
These elements are brought to life through the minimalist and elegant Identity that’s highly adaptable
In addition to the Visual Identity, Yellow Fishes developed several collaterals and managing the Verbal Identity of the brand. The result is a world-class brand Identity that is so unlike real-estate.
